Below you will find our size chart for Shoto shoes. To determine your correct size, please measure your foot length in centimeters – here's how:

1. Stand with your heel against a wall. Place a measuring tape or ruler on the floor, touching the wall, and stand on it. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Measure both feet – it’s completely normal for one foot to be slightly longer.
2. Compare the measured foot length with our recommended shoe size in the size chart.
   
   Important: Do you have wider feet or a high instep? Then we recommend choosing half a size larger.
   
   Example:
   Left foot: 25.7 cm / Right foot: 25.9 cm
   With wider foot & higher instep: Size 40.5 instead of 40

The length is always measured from the 3rd hole (middle hole) to the start of the buckle – this allows you to determine your belt size precisely.

📏 Also important:

• The belt size does not correspond to the total length of the belt.
• Standard sizes are in 5 cm increments (e.g. 85, 90, 95, 100).
• A well-fitting belt allows for 2–3 holes of adjustment in both directions.
