Shipping to the USA

• Register in our shop. Creating a customer account is recommended.
• All duties & taxes are calculated directly in the shopping cart for an order value up to 800 USD (690 EUR)
• For an order value of more than 800 USD (690 EUR), no charges are collected by us. In this case, duties & taxes are calculated and collected locally (customs clearance in the USA).
• Select your items, proceed to checkout, choose your preferred payment method and complete your order. 
• Any overpayment of duties & taxes will be refunded after final carrier processing (approx. 2 months after import).

Due to a recent legal change (abolition of the de minimis rule), we are required to calculate and collect all applicable import duties and taxes in advance if your order has a merchandise value below 800 USD (690 EUR).

Shipping to the USA is carried out via Postal Delivered Duty Paid (Postal DDP / PDDP) through DHL. By booking the additional service “PDDP”, all import duties are covered by us. This ensures that you are not surprised by additional customs clearance fees upon delivery.

Important:If the merchandise value of your order exceeds 800 USD (690 EUR), the PDDP service is not be used. All charges will then be calculated and collected locally (customs control in the USA).

For deliveries to the USA, shipping is carried out – unless expressly stated otherwise – via PDDP (Postal Delivered Duty Paid). Any customs duties, taxes as well as other customs clearance and service fees incurred upon import are advanced by us on behalf of the customer. In the event of a return or refusal of acceptance of the goods, these already incurred customs duties, taxes as well as customs clearance and service fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to the customer.

This applies regardless of whether the goods are returned in full, in part, or unused. In such cases, the customer bears the economic risk of the import duties and all related fees.
