Shipping Overview

Within Germany:

• Standard shipping: €5
• Express shipping: from €28
• Free shipping with customer account: from €30 order value
• Free shipping without customer account: from €500 order value

Please note: Standard shipping is free from €30 when ordering with a customer account.

Attention: International shipping is excluded from these rules. Shipping costs abroad depend on weight and destination country and are transparently displayed at checkout. 

Within Germany, we offer the option of express shipping. This ensures particularly fast delivery of your order.

Please note that Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. Express shipments are delivered only on business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders received after 2:00 PM are generally shipped on the next business day. We therefore recommend placing your order in good time if fast delivery is required.

We do our best to ensure your order is shipped within 24 hours. Over 90% of our parcels leave our warehouse by the next business day – many even within 12 hours. We also use Premium Service for all our shipments to ensure a safe & fast shipping process.

In rare cases, if there is a delay, we kindly ask for your patience. Of course, we will inform you if there are any questions or issues regarding your order.  

In our online shop, there is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities. You only order what you truly need – without any restrictions. 

We ship all orders climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen to actively help reduce CO₂ emissions.

Additionally, we focus on resource-saving packaging – meaning we reuse boxes, packing materials, and wrapping whenever possible.

This means your parcel may not always look perfect on the outside – but the product inside is well protected, and together we make a small contribution to environmental protection.
