If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and ask the delivery person to document the damage in writing. The package will then be repackaged by DHL and automatically returned to us.
In this case, please inform us by phone or email so we can process the issue immediately.
If you accepted a damaged package, please take clear photos of the packaging and visible damage before opening it.
If the contents are also damaged, please photograph all affected items and email the images to us as well.
If the packaging was undamaged but the goods inside were affected, please also send us photos of the damaged items by email.
We will review the case promptly and get back to you as soon as possible.
