A subsequent change to your order is generally possible – but with a few exceptions:

• Your order has already been shipped.
• You paid via Klarna – Klarna does not allow changes after the order has been placed.
• In the case of custom or made-to-order items that are already in production.
• For orders placed with PayPal, changing the shipping address is not possible.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible – preferably by phone or email. We will gladly check whether a change is still possible.

If you place multiple orders within a short period of time and they are being shipped to the same delivery address, we will combine them into one shipment – wherever possible.

No – there is no minimum order value with us! You can conveniently and easily order even smaller items.

From an order value of €500 (or €30 with a customer account), you also benefit from free shipping within Germany. Shipping outside Germany depends on the weight and volume of the shipment. The shipping costs can be determined in the shopping cart
