If your package shows any external damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and ask the delivery driver to document the damage in writing. The package will then be repackaged by DHL and automatically returned to us.
In this case, please inform us by phone or email so we can handle the matter promptly.
If you have accepted a damaged package, please take clear photos of the packaging and the visible damage before opening the parcel.
If the contents are also damaged, please take photos of all affected items and send them to us via email.
Even if the outer packaging appears undamaged but the product inside is damaged, please send us photos of the damaged items via email.
We will review the case immediately and get back to you as soon as possible.
