Which payment method do I need to choose?

For all orders shipped to the USA, “Order upon request” must be selected as the payment method.

Why should I create a customer account?

A customer account is required to pay with PayPal. It also allows you to view your orders and track your shipments.

Why is “Order upon request” required?

Due to a recent legal change (abolition of the de-minimis rule), we are required to calculate and collect all applicable import duties and taxes before payment.

How does the ordering process work?

  • Select your items and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your delivery address and choose “Order on Request” as the payment method. 
  • We will review your order and calculate any applicable import duties and taxes. 
  • You will receive an updated invoice including all taxes and import costs. 
  • After receiving the updated invoice, you can pay in advance by bank transfer. To pay with PayPal, please log in to your customer account.

Will there be any additional costs at customs?

No. All duties and taxes are included in the updated invoice. No additional charges will arise during customs clearance.
