Shipping costs for international orders depend on weight and destination country. In the shopping cart, under "Shipping Details" (below the voucher field), you’ll find the exact shipping cost for your delivery country.
Within Germany, standard shipping costs €5 for orders up to €499.99. From an order value of €500, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is at our risk.
For small shipments abroad, we offer affordable rates via Warenpost International – starting at €8 for parcels under 1 kg.
Express shipping is handled by DHL Express and depends on the weight and size of your order – prices start at €28.
As a registered customer, you benefit from free shipping within Germany starting from a €30 order value and one free return per order. The return label can be downloaded directly from your customer account – simply print it, stick it on, and send it back.
