What payment methods are available at die-form?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Klarna (Pay now)
  • Bank transfer/prepayment
  • Direct debit (via PayPal)
  • Purchase on account (via PayPal)
  • Credit card (via PayPal)

Can I pay by credit card?

You can pay by credit card with us. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. The technical processing is handled via PayPal.

How can I redeem my voucher?

You can easily redeem your voucher directly in the shopping cart under "Enter voucher code" or at the end of the checkout process when selecting the payment method. The field to enter your voucher code can be found at the bottom of the order summary.

My voucher is not working, what should I do?

Can I shop safely at die-form?

Data protection and secure payment are our top priorities. For this reason, we offer you secure payment options such as PayPal or Klarna, in addition to prepayment. 

Additionally, you are protected by SSL when shopping with us.

SSL prevents hackers from reading or stealing the transmitted information, including personal or financial data.

Change payment method after placing an order

Your payment method was interrupted during the order process? No problem!

We still receive your order even in the case of a payment interruption. In this situation, you can simply select another payment method to finalize your order authorization. 

If you have a customer account with us, you can also complete the payment process at a later time. Additionally, you have the option to change and complete the payment method under "Orders" in your customer account.

Where can I view my invoices?

You will always find your invoice in the shipping confirmation for the respective order. 

If you can no longer find your shipping confirmation, you can view all invoices again in your customer account in the “Orders” tab. 

If you do not have a customer account with us, you can of course contact us at any time. We will then send you a copy of your invoice again.
