How do I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address, simply log into your customer account and go to the “Addresses” tab. There you can edit your billing and delivery address. 

It is not possible to change the delivery address for orders that have already been placed.

Where can I find my shipment tracking?

You will receive a tracking link with every order. You will find this in your shipping confirmation, which you will receive as soon as we have processed your order and handed it over to DHL.

Where can I have my parcel delivered?

You can have your parcel delivered to any valid private or business address. 

Parcel stations and post offices can also be used as delivery addresses. 

To have your order delivered to a parcel station or post office, please enter your postal ID/postal number in full in the additional address field! The last four digits are not sufficient! Enter the Packstation/Post Office as the street and the Packstation or Post Office number as the house number.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs at a glance: 

  • Warenpost: 3 € 
  • Standard shipping: 5 € 
  • Express shipping: starting from 25 € 

Standard shipping costs are: 

  • free shipping with customer account for orders over € 30 
  • free shipping without customer account for orders over 500 € 

Shipping costs for shipping outside Germany are excluded from this regulation. The costs vary depending on the weight and recipient country.

Express delivery

Within Germany, we also offer you the option of express delivery. Please note that delivery on a Saturday cannot be guaranteed. 

Please also note that orders placed after 14:00 can only be dispatched by express delivery on the following day.

Pick up in store

We offer Click & Collect or collection from our store. Pay for your order directly in our online store and you will be able to collect your order from our store within 2 hours. To do this, select the shipping method “Pick up in store” in the store or leave a comment in the comment field of your order.

My parcel arrived damaged.

If your parcel already shows severe external damage on arrival, so that it is very likely that the goods inside are also damaged, you should refuse to accept it immediately. Furthermore, make the parcel carrier aware of the damage and note it in writing. 

If you have accepted a damaged parcel, please take pictures of the packaging before opening it. If the goods inside are actually damaged, contact us and send the pictures directly by e-mail to bestellung@die-form.de. 

Then send us the damaged goods by return, using the returns label from your order confirmation.
