How can I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address, simply log in to your customer account and go to the "Addresses" tab. There, you can edit your billing and delivery address.

For already placed orders, a change of delivery address is only possible with the payment method prepayment

If you paid with PayPal or Klarna, we kindly ask you to cancel the order via phone or email. The order can then be placed again.

We kindly ask for your understanding that a change of delivery address for already placed orders is not possible with the payment methods PayPal and Klarna.

Where can I find my tracking information?

For every order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a link to track your shipment. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find the shipping confirmation in your inbox. We usually ship on the next business day or within 24 hours, provided the items are in stock. Please pay attention to the indicated delivery times on the product page.

Where can I have my package delivered?

You can have your package delivered to any valid private or business address. 

Parcel stations and post offices are also possible delivery addresses. 

To have your order delivered to a parcel station or post office, please enter your Post-ID/Post number completely in the additional address field! The last four digits alone are not sufficient! Enter the parcel station/post office as the street and the parcel station or post office number as the house number.


Shipping Costs 

Overview of Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping: €5
  • Express shipping: from €25 


    Our standard shipping is:

  • Free with a customer account for orders over €30
  • Free without a customer account for orders over €500


Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Germany are excluded from this rule. Costs vary depending on weight and destination country.

Express Shipping

Within Germany, we also offer express shipping.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day via express shipping. Delivery on the next business day (Mon - Fri) is guaranteed by DHL Express
Please note that delivery on a Saturday cannot be guaranteed.

In-Store Pickup

We offer Click & Collect or in-store pickup at our location. Pay for your order conveniently in our online shop and pick up your order in-store within a few hours.

To do this, select the shipping method "In-Store Pickup" in the shop. If this shipping method is not displayed, please leave a comment in the comment field of your order for in-store pickup.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. 

My package or item(s) arrived damaged.

If your parcel already shows severe external damage on arrival, so that it is very likely that the goods inside are also damaged, you should refuse to accept it immediately. Furthermore, make the parcel carrier aware of the damage and note it in writing. 

If you have accepted a damaged parcel, please take pictures of the packaging before opening it. If the goods inside are actually damaged, contact us and send the pictures directly by e-mail to bestellung@die-form.de. 

Then send us the damaged goods by return, using the returns label from your order confirmation.
