Where can I find my invoice?

You can always find your invoice in your dispatch confirmation or in your customer account.

I have not received an order confirmation.

After successfully placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from our system. If this has not happened, please check your spam folder first. If you cannot find an order confirmation there either, please contact our online shop team by sending an e-mail to bestellung@die-form.de or by telephone: 0441-21 909 42

Can I change my order afterwards?

It is always possible to change your order at a later date, with the exception of the following situations: 

  • Your order has already been dispatched by us. 
  • You have paid via Klarna: Klarna does not allow subsequent changes to the order. 
  • If it is a special / customised order and it is already in production.

Can several orders be dispatched in one parcel?

If you place several orders at the same time, and they have the same delivery address, we will pack them in as few parcels as possible.

Is there a minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value! However, from an order value of €500 (€30 with a user account), you have the advantage of free delivery within Germany.
