Where can I find my online invoice?

You can always find your invoice in your shipping confirmation or in your customer account. 

I did not receive an order confirmation.

After successfully placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from our system. If this has not happened, please first check your spam folder. If the order confirmation is not there either, feel free to contact our online shop team via email at bestellung@die-form.de or by phone: 0441-21 909 42

Can I modify my order afterwards?

It is always possible to modify your order afterwards, except in the following situations: 

  • Your order has already been shipped by us.
  • You paid via Klarna: Klarna does not allow modifications to the order afterwards.
  • The order is a custom or one-off production and is already in production.

Can multiple orders be shipped in one package?

If you place multiple orders at the same time and they have the same delivery address, we will package them in as few parcels as possible whenever possible.

Is there a minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value! However, from an order value of €500 (€30 with a user account), you have the advantage of free delivery within Germany.
