• Free returns within Germany in your customer account.
• All your orders at a glance in your customer account. 
• Faster ordering process, as your dispatch details are filled in automatically. 
• Create a personalized wish list in your user account. This allows you to easily save your favourites for a future order. 
• Vouchers are displayed in your customer account.

How do I change personal data in my customer account?

Simply log in to your customer account and then click on ‘Personal data’ or ‘Addresses’. There you can exchange or add your changes in the respective field. As soon as you have done this, simply click on the green ‘Save changes’ button and you are done.

Subscribe to the die-form newsletter

If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, click here. As soon as you have filled in our newsletter form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in which you have to confirm your registration again by clicking on the attached link.

I did not receive a newsletter voucher!

If you register for our newsletter, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail from us in which you must confirm your registration. Without this confirmation, you will not receive a newsletter or a voucher code. 

As soon as you have confirmed your registration, you will receive your voucher worth €10 in another e-mail. If you do not receive this, first check your spam folder.

Deleting my customer account

To have your customer account deleted, simply send us an e-mail stating the personal data you have stored in your customer account. 

• First name and surname 
• Full billing address 
• Your e-mail address stored in your customer account 

This is used exclusively for unique identification.
