How can I change personal data in my customer account?

Simply log in to your customer account and click on "Personal Data" or "Addresses." There, you can update or add information in the respective fields. Once done, click the green "Save Changes" button, and you're all set.

Subscribe to the die-form newsletter

If you want to subscribe to our newsletter, click here. Once you have filled out our newsletter form, you will receive a confirmation email in which you need to confirm your subscription by clicking on the provided link. 

I did not receive a newsletter voucher!

When you sign up for our newsletter, you will first receive a confirmation email where you need to confirm your subscription. Without this confirmation, you will not receive the newsletter or the voucher code.

Once you have confirmed your subscription, you will receive your voucher worth €10 in a follow-up email.

Delete my customer account

To have your customer account deleted, simply send us an e-mail stating the personal data you have stored in your customer account. 

• First name and surname 
• Full billing address 
• Your e-mail address stored in your customer account 

This is used exclusively for unique identification.
