What payment methods are available at die-form?

Our Payment Methods

We offer you various secure and convenient payment methods. Simply choose the option that suits you best:

PayPal PayPal – Pay quickly, securely and easily online.
Klarna Klarna (Pay immediately) – Transfer directly from your bank account.
Advance payment Advance payment / Bank transfer – You pay in advance, we ship after payment has been received.
Direct debit via PayPal Direct debit (via PayPal) – Conveniently debited from your bank account.
Invoice via PayPal Invoice purchase (via PayPal) – Receive first, pay later.
Credit card Credit card (via PayPal) – Simply pay with your Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Notes

  • You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card, direct debit or invoice via PayPal.
  • All transactions are SSL-encrypted and secure

Can I pay by credit card?

Pay conveniently with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Processing is securely handled via PayPal – quick and easy, even without a PayPal account. 

How can I use my voucher?

You can easily redeem your voucher in the shopping cart under “Enter voucher code” – or alternatively at the end of the checkout process when selecting the payment method. You’ll find the corresponding input field at the very bottom of your order summary. 

My voucher is not working, what now?

Payment process canceled? No worries!

Even if your payment was not completed, we have already received your order. You can simply choose a different payment method to complete your purchase successfully.

If you have a customer account, you can complete your payment at any time. Just log in to your account and select an alternative payment method under “Orders”.

Ordered without an account? No problem – simply use the link in your order confirmation to access and change the payment method directly. 

Where can I view my invoices?

You will usually find your invoice as a PDF attachment in the shipping confirmation email for your order.

If you no longer have access to the shipping confirmation, you can retrieve and download your invoice anytime from your customer account under the “Orders” section.

Don’t have a customer account? No problem – simply contact us and we’ll be happy to send you a copy of your invoice by email.
