What payment methods are available at die-form?

We offer the following payment options: 

  • PayPal 
  • Klarna 
  • Bank transfer/pre-payment 
  • Direct debit (via PayPal) 
  • Purchase on account (via PayPal)

Can I pay by credit card?

You can pay by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visacard and American Express. The processing takes place via PayPal or Klarna.

How can I use my voucher?

You can easily use your voucher directly in the shopping cart under “Enter voucher code” or at the end of the checkout process when selecting the payment method. You will then find the box for entering your voucher code at the bottom of your order summary.

My voucher is not working, what now?

Is it safe to shop at die-form?

Data protection and secure payment is our top priority. For this reason, we offer you secure payment options such as PayPal or Klarna in addition to prepayment.

SSL prevents hackers from reading or stealing the transmitted information, including personal or financial data.

Change payment method after ordering

Your payment method is canceled during the order process? No problem!  

We will receive your order even if your payment is canceled. In this case, you can simply select another payment method to finally authorize your order. 

 If you have a customer account from us, you can also simply complete the payment process at a later date. You also have the option of changing the payment method in your customer account in “Orders”.

Where can I view my invoices?

You will always find your invoice in the shipping confirmation for the respective order. 

If you can no longer find your shipping confirmation, you can view all invoices again in your customer account in the “Orders” tab. 

If you do not have a customer account with us, you can of course contact us at any time. We will then send you a copy of your invoice again.
