Shipping costs

The following shipping conditions apply within Germany:

  • Standard shipping: €5
  • Express shipping: from €28
  • Free shipping from €30 – for orders with a customer account
  • Free shipping from €500 – without a customer account

Standard shipping typically takes 1–3 business days for items in stock.

Please note: Different shipping rates apply for deliveries outside Germany. These are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on weight and destination country. 

Where can I find my shipment tracking?

For every order, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to track your shipment.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day or within 24 hours – provided that the items are immediately available. Please refer to the delivery time information on the respective product page

How do I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery or billing address, please log into your customer account and go to the "Addresses" section. There you can update your saved addresses at any time.

Please note: A change of the delivery address for orders already placed is only possible if you selected prepayment as your payment method.

If you paid via PayPal or Klarna, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address afterward. In this case, please cancel the order by phone or via email and then place a new order with the correct delivery address.

We kindly ask for your understanding – for security reasons and due to the policies of our payment providers, a change of address after the order has been completed with PayPal or Klarna is not permitted.

Where can I have my parcel delivered?

You can have your order delivered to any valid private or business address within Germany.

DHL Packstations and postal branches can also be selected as delivery addresses.

To correctly address a shipment to a Packstation or postal branch, please enter your full Post number (Post-ID) in the "Address addition" field.

Important: The last four digits alone are not sufficient! Enter the Packstation or postal branch as the street name and the corresponding number as the house number

Express delivery

For deliveries within Germany, we optionally offer DHL Express shipping.

Orders received by 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. Next business day delivery is guaranteed by DHL Express.

Important: Unfortunately, Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Click & Collect

You can easily pay for your order online and then pick it up at our store in Oldenburg.

To do this, simply select the shipping method "Store Pickup" during the checkout process. Your order is usually ready for pickup within a few hours.

If the option is not displayed, please leave a note in the comments field of your order (e.g. "I would like to pick it up in-store").

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Damaged delivery - How to proceed

If your package shows any external damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and ask the delivery driver to document the damage in writing. The package will then be repackaged by DHL and automatically returned to us.

In this case, please inform us by phone or email so we can handle the matter promptly.

If you have accepted a damaged package, please take clear photos of the packaging and the visible damage before opening the parcel.

If the contents are also damaged, please take photos of all affected items and send them to us via email.

Even if the outer packaging appears undamaged but the product inside is damaged, please send us photos of the damaged items via email.

We will review the case immediately and get back to you as soon as possible.
