Shoto Size Chart

Below you will find our Shoto size chart. To make an accurate comparison, please measure your foot length in centimeters as follows:

1. Stand with your heel against a wall.
2. Place a measuring tape on the floor against the wall and stand on it.
3. Read the length from your heel to your longest toe.
4. Measure both feet—it’s normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other.

Now compare your foot length with our recommended shoe size in the size chart.

Important: Do you have wide feet or a high instep? If so, you might consider choosing half a size larger.

Example: Left foot is 25.7 cm / Right foot is 25.9 cm. I have wider feet and a higher instep, so I choose size 40.5 instead of 40.
