Have you discovered an extraordinary model that you would love to have made but isn't available in our shop? No problem! Simply share your ideas with us, and we will take care of the rest. Please send us as much information as possible about your desired model via email. Images, article numbers, or a link to the product are especially helpful to ensure we can recreate your dream pair as accurately as possible.

What Size Do I Need?
If you are not familiar with Shoto sizes, we recommend measuring your foot length carefully and comparing it with our size chart. This ensures that your new shoes will fit perfectly.
For custom-made shoes, we also offer a special service: upon request, we will send you a trial pair of Shoto shoes for fitting so that you can test the fit in advance. The trial pair will be shipped after your order is completed. To speed up the process, simply leave the following comment during the checkout process: "Please send trial pair! My foot length is ?? cm." You will find the comment field in the last step of the checkout.
This ensures that your custom-made pair fits perfectly and that you enjoy them for a long time. Please note that this service is only available for customers with a German delivery address.
Depending on whether you order a shoe model directly from our shop or create your custom pair via the configurator, the ordering process will slightly differ.
You can simply add your desired size to the shopping cart and complete the order. In-stock shoes are marked in green and have a delivery time of 1 to 3 days – they will be shipped by us within 24 hours. Any other sizes marked with a longer delivery time in orange are custom-made orders. The production and delivery time is approximately 3 months. A corresponding note in the product description informs you about the custom order and the expected delivery time.
After adding your desired model and size to the shopping cart, you can leave a comment in the final step of the order process. Please let us know if you already own Shoto shoes and know your size or if you would like a trial pair to try on. Please feel free to leave a comment if you need assistance with your order, whether it's related to size or something else. Sizes can still be changed after the order.
To speed up the order process, you can leave one of the following comments: "Please send trial pair! My foot length is 28 cm" or "I know my size! Please proceed with the order as requested!" If you use our custom configurator to design your individual model, you will be guided step by step through all the options. In the final step, you will also have the opportunity to let us know if you would like to receive a trial pair.
All Shoto models are generally available for reordering. However, in rare cases, a specific model may no longer be produced. In this case, we will contact you immediately to discuss possible alternatives.
The creation of a custom pair of Shoto shoes usually takes about 10 to 12 weeks, but it can vary depending on the availability of materials and the production load. In some cases, the process may take up to 16 weeks, while other custom orders may be completed within 6 weeks.
Please note that the Shoto workshop closes for several weeks in August and mid-December. Additionally, certain components, such as soles, leather, speed laces, hooks, or eyelets, may need to be specially ordered if they are not immediately available.
Shoto does not inform us of every minor delay, but only when a custom order is not possible. This helps to streamline the overall manufacturing process.
Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us no earlier than 13 weeks after your order if you wish to inquire about the status. We will then contact Shoto to inquire about the expected delivery date.
