How can I return items?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. Ideally, please complete our cancellation form online in advance or print it out and include it with your return shipment.

Returns within Germany 

If you have a registered customer account with us, you can conveniently create your return in your account and generate a free DHL return label.

Please note: Free returns are only available for orders placed via a customer account. If you placed your order as a guest or do not have an account, a free return is unfortunately not possible. In that case, please return the items at your own cost to the following address:

Returns from EU countries

If you ordered from an EU country, please return the goods at your own expense to the following address:

Returns from non-EU countries

If you order from outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, USA), please mark your parcel as “returned goods”. Otherwise, customs duties and import charges may apply, which we may charge to you – or, in certain cases, we may have to refuse delivery.

Refund

As soon as we receive your return, it is usually processed the same day or the following business day. After inspecting the items, we will refund the purchase amount immediately via the original payment method.

Received the wrong or a defective item

If you accidentally received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us. In this case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Where can I find my return label?

If you are registered in our online shop and your order was shipped within Germany, you can generate a new return label for the respective order directly in your customer account under "Orders" and print it yourself.

If you placed your order as a guest without registration, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
