How can I return items?

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days without giving reasons. It is best to fill out the cancellation form onlinebeforehand or print it out and put it in the parcel. 

  • Orders from Germany: 

In your user account, you have the option of creating a return for a dispatched order yourself and printing out the return label yourself. Please note that you need a registered user account with us to do this. Orders placed via a non-registered account or a guest account do not qualify for free returns.   • Orders from other EU countries: 

For orders from other EU countries, please return the goods to us at your own expense. Our

  • Orders from non-EU countries: 

If you are based outside the EU (e.g. USA, Switzerland, etc.), please post your parcel as returned goods, otherwise we will have to pay import taxes/customs duties and pass these costs on to you. Under certain circumstances, we may also have to refuse to accept the parcel. Please use the following

Your return will be processed on the same or the next working day after receipt. After receiving the return and checking the items, we will refund the purchase price immediately. Our Eori number is: DE 55 17 141 

If you have received an incorrect delivery or the product is damaged, please contact us and we will cover the return costs for you.

Where can I find my returns label?

If you are registered in our online shop, you can generate a new return label for each order in your customer account under ‘Orders’ and print it out yourself.

Have you not registered with us and ordered as a guest? In this case, the costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
