- Lightly tinted
- Smoothes grooves
- Apply a layer of base coat before your green nail polish
Application:
First apply a thin coat of the base coat. Then apply two coats of your favourite GREEN colour and allow to dry. Finally, apply a thin layer of Top Coat and allow to dry.
