desenrasco was founded by Bianca and Matthias in northern Germany. They wanted to make a shoe that would defy all odds and make the switch from walking the dog to a business meeting on the fly. But the environment must not take a back seat. Sustainability, fairness and European production are the be-all and end-all at desenrasco.
Desenrasco is a Portuguese term that stands for the Portuguese way of life. It describes the strength and creativity with which the Portuguese approach problems and solve them independently with a lightness of touch.
Every owner of a desenrasco shoe should feel this lightness, which is why the entire production takes place in Portugal.
