Delivery Times, Shipping & Returns

What do the different delivery times mean?

Green status: Ready to ship immediately

The item is in stock and will usually be shipped the next business day. Deliveries abroad may take longer depending on the destination country.

Yellow status: Delivery time 5–9 business days

The item is not in stock but can be ordered. We will request the item from the supplier and send it to you once received. The indicated delivery time is a guideline. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund the purchase amount.

Yellow status: Delivery time 30–60 business days

The item is specially made for you by the supplier. Delivery time is usually 30–60 business days. Custom-made or special orders are excluded from exchange.

Yellow status: Delivery time on request

The item is currently not in stock. We will inquire about availability with the supplier and inform you as soon as we have more details.

Red status: Sold out

The item is no longer available and cannot be reordered from the supplier. This mainly applies to seasonal goods. If a permanently stocked item is affected, please contact us.


Shipping restrictions

We reserve the right to ship orders with multiple items only once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped in advance, we recommend placing a separate order.

For international orders (outside the EU), additional duties and taxes may apply, which must be borne by the buyer. Deliveries to other countries are available upon request. Shipping costs depend on weight, destination country, and order quantity. The actual delivery time may vary.


Returns

Returns are generally possible – within Germany and from abroad. Exceptions only apply to certain items.

Requirements for a return

  • Cancellation is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • The item is not a custom-made or personalized product.
  • All labels and accessories (e.g. packaging, spare parts) are completely included.

Special notes on specific product groups

  • Cosmetic products: only unopened and with intact seal.
  • Perfume: only unopened and sealed.
  • Underwear: only unworn and with intact hygiene seal.

Please return the items in their original condition. For damaged or soiled items, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or claim compensation according to legal provisions.


Return label

For registered customers, returns within Germany are free of charge. In your customer account, you can create a return label for each order.

If you placed your order as a guest (without a customer account), please bear the return shipping costs yourself.
