How can I return items?

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days without giving reasons. It is best to fill out the withdrawal form online beforehand or print it out and put it in the package. 

In your user account, you have the option of creating a return for an order that has been sent. Please note that you need a registered user account for this. Orders placed via a non-registered account or a guest account do not qualify for a free return. In this case, please send your return to the following address.

Your return will be processed on the same or the next working day after it is received. If you have received an incorrect delivery or the product is damaged, please contact us and we will cover the return costs for you. 

Important for returns from non-EU countries 

If you are based outside the EU (e.g. USA, Switzerland, etc.), please post your parcel as returned goods, as otherwise we will have to pay import taxes/customs duties and pass these costs on to you. Under certain circumstances, we may also have to refuse to accept the parcel.

Under what circumstances can I return items?

Whether within Germany or from abroad, you are always entitled to return items, with a few exceptions. 

Please pay attention to the following aspects so that nothing stands in the way of a successful return: 

  • You give notice of the withdrawal of your order within 14 days 
  • You have not ordered any special or custom-made products from us 
  • All labels and accessories (packaging, spare parts) are included 

Please note the following when returning cosmetics and underwear: 

  • Cosmetics such as face and body products, with protective seal, unopened or unused 
  • Perfume, with protective seal and unopened or unused 
  • Underwear unworn and with intact hygiene seal 

Please return the items to us in their original condition (all labels present and not removed). If the returned items are soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and, if necessary, to demand compensation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

I have received the wrong article

This is a nuisance and should of course not happen. In this case, please contact us. We will provide you with a free return label for this case.

Can I exchange an item?

Of course! Simply send us the items you wish to exchange and enter the desired items on the returns form included with your order. We will take care of everything else as soon as we receive the return.

Is the return of items free of charge?

Yes, returns are free of charge for registered customers. You can create a return label for each order in your customer account. Have you not registered and ordered as a guest? In this case, the costs of the return shipment are to be covered by the buyer.

When will my return be refunded?

As a rule, your return will be processed within 24 hours. As soon as we have received the item back, we will check it first. If the product is undamaged, unworn and with all accessories and/or labels, we will refund the purchase amount and send you a corresponding cancellation invoice by e-mail.
