How can I return items?

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days without providing a reason. To do so, it is best to complete the cancellation form online or print it out and include it in the package. 

In your user account, you have the option to create a return for a shipped order. Additionally, you will receive one free return label per order. Please note that a registered user account is required for this service.

Orders placed through an unregistered or guest account do not qualify for a free return. In this case, please send your return to the following address:

Your return will be processed on the same or the next business day after receipt. If you received an incorrect delivery or the product is damaged, please contact us, and we will send you a free return label.


Important for returns from NON-EU countries

If you are located outside the EU (e.g., USA, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), please declare your package as a goods return (returned goods) to avoid import taxes/customs fees being charged to us. In such cases, we may pass these costs on to you. Under certain circumstances, we may have to refuse the acceptance of the package.

Under what conditions can I return items?

Whether from within Germany or abroad, returning items is generally allowed except for a few exceptions.

Please ensure the following points are met to ensure a successful return:

  • You notify us of the cancellation of your order within 14 days
  • Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from returns and exchanges
  • All tags and any accessories (packaging, spare parts) are included

For the return of cosmetic products and underwear, please note the following:

  • Cosmetic products such as face and body items must be sealed, unopened, and unused
  • Perfumes must be unopened and unused
  • Underwear must be unworn and with the seal of the packaging intact

Please return the items in their original condition. If the returned items are affected by stains, damage, or missing parts/accessories, we reserve the right to reject the return and, if necessary, demand compensation for loss of value in accordance with legal provisions.

I received the wrong item

We apologize for the inconvenience; this should not happen. In this case, please contact us by phone (0441-21-909-42) or via email. We will provide you with a free return label.

Can I exchange an item?

Of course! Since we carry many products from small manufacturers in limited quantities, we recommend contacting us directly by phone or via email for a exchange so we can process your request quickly. 

A return form is included with every order, which you can easily fill out with your exchange request. Then, send us back all the items you wish to exchange or return. We will take care of everything else once the return reaches us.

Is the return shipping for items free?

Yes, for registered customers, one return per order is free. You can create a return label for each order in your customer account. If you did not register and placed an order as a guest, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will my return be refunded?

As a rule, your return will be processed within 24 hours. As soon as we have received the item back, we will check it first. If the product is undamaged, unworn and with all accessories and/or labels, we will refund the purchase amount and send you a corresponding cancellation invoice by e-mail.
