How can I return items?

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Ideally, please fill out our cancellation form online in advance or print it out and enclose it with your return shipment.

Returns within Germany

If you have a registered customer account with us, you can easily create your return in your user account and print a free DHL return label.

Please note: Free returns are only available for orders placed via a customer account. If you ordered as a guest or do not have a customer account, free returns are unfortunately not possible. In this case, please send the return at your own expense to the following address:

Returns from non-EU countries

If you order from outside the European Union (e.g. from Switzerland, the USA, etc.), please declare your package as "Returned Goods". Otherwise, import duties and customs fees may apply, which we may have to charge you or – in certain cases – refuse acceptance of the shipment.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return, it will usually be processed on the same or the next business day. After checking the items, we will promptly refund your purchase amount via the original payment method.

Under what conditions can I return items?

Whether within Germany or from abroad – returns are generally possible, with a few exceptions.

To ensure your return can be processed smoothly, please observe the following requirements:

  • You notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the goods
  • Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from return or exchange
  • All tags and accessories (e.g., packaging, spare parts) must be included

For cosmetic products and underwear, additional conditions apply:

  • Cosmetic products (e.g., for face or body) may only be returned unopened and with intact seal
  • Perfume must be unopened and unused
  • Underwear may only be returned unworn and with an intact hygiene seal

Please return all items in their original condition. If products show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return and, if necessary, claim compensation for loss in value in accordance with legal regulations. 

I received a wrong or defective item

If you have received the wrong item by mistake or a product arrived damaged, please get in touch with us. In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Can I have items exchanged easily or should I place a new order ?

Of course, an exchange is possible! Since we carry many items from small manufacturers in limited quantities, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email if you would like to exchange an item.

Alternatively, you can also notify us of your exchange request directly through your customer account as part of your return:

  • Create your return as usual in your customer account
  • Select “Exchange” as your option
  • Specify the desired size or variant in the comment field

If you want to make sure your preferred size is still available, we recommend placing a new order. This is usually the fastest and most reliable way to receive the right size on time. 

Is the return shipping for items free?

Yes – for registered customers in Germany, one return per order is free of charge. You can easily create and download a DHL return label via your customer account.

For our international customers, return shipments must be made at your own expense.

If you did not use a customer account when placing your order (e.g. as a guest), you will have to cover the return costs yourself. A free return is unfortunately not possible in this case.


In general, we offer the option to convert an existing guest account into a full customer account. Please contact us via email or phone. 

When will my return be processed?

Your return is usually processed within 12 hours after it arrives at our warehouse.

Once received, we carefully inspect the items. If the goods are unworn, undamaged, and include all original accessories and tags, the refund will be automatically issued via the original payment method.

You will then receive a cancellation invoice by email as confirmation of the return processing.
