Shipping methods

All orders are shipped worldwide through our partner courier DHL. You can choose between DHL Paket (standard shipping) or Warenpost National for small items. Within Germany, you also have the option to order via DHL Express.

Postage and packaging

For orders up to EUR 499.99, shipping costs are partially calculated at EUR 5.00 or EUR 3.00 depending on size and weight. For orders over EUR 500.00.

Affordable international shipping with Warenpost for small packages weighing under 1 kg starts at 8 €.

Express shipping is done via DHL Express and is calculated based on the size and weight of the items, starting at 24.95 €.

As a registered customer with an account, you will receive free shipping for orders over 30 € (within Germany). Standard shipping costs are waived (within Germany, except for DHL Express).

Shipping restrictions

We reserve the right to ship incomplete orders only when all items are available. If your order contains multiple items with different delivery times and you wish to receive the available items immediately, we kindly ask you to order these items separately.

For international shipments (outside the EU), customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the full responsibility of our customers. Shipping to other countries is possible upon special request. In such cases, the shipping costs depend on the order quantity, destination country, and weight of the goods. The indicated delivery time may vary.

Delivery times:

Status Green: Ready for immediate shipment, delivery time approx. 1-3 business days

The goods are in our warehouse and will generally be shipped the next business day! Delivery to foreign countries may take longer depending on the country.

Status Yellow: Delivery time 5-9 business days

The goods are NOT in stock. They are generally available for reorder and will be retrieved from the supplier and shipped to you upon receipt. The delivery time usually takes as indicated (e.g., 5-9 business days – delivery to foreign countries may take longer depending on the country). If the goods are no longer available, we will notify you immediately and refund the purchase price.

Status Yellow: Delivery time 30-60 business days

The goods are NOT in stock. They will be custom-ordered from the supplier and shipped to you upon receipt. The delivery time usually takes as indicated (e.g., 30-60 business days – delivery to foreign countries may take longer depending on the country). Custom-made goods are excluded from exchange!

Status Yellow: Delivery time upon request

The goods are not in stock. We will inquire about them with the supplier – we will inform you immediately as soon as we have information about your order!

Status Red: Sold out

The goods are not in stock and usually cannot be reordered from the supplier. These items are sold out and no longer available, typically for seasonal products. If you see this status for a year-round item, feel free to contact us.

We kindly ask for your understanding that delivery times to foreign countries, especially overseas, can be significantly longer.

Returns

Whether within Germany or from abroad, you are always entitled to return items, with a few exceptions.

Please pay attention to the following points to ensure a successful return:

  • You notify us of the cancellation of your order within 14 days.
  • You have not ordered any custom or made-to-order items.
  • All tags and any accessories (packaging, spare parts) are included.

For the return of cosmetic products and underwear, please note the following:

  • Cosmetic items such as face and body products must be unopened and unused, with their protective seal intact.
  • Perfume must be unopened or unused, with the protective seal intact.
  • Underwear must be unworn and with the hygiene seal intact.

Please return the items in their original condition (all tags present and not removed). If the returned items are affected by dirt or damage, we reserve the right to reject the return and, if necessary, claim compensation according to legal regulations.

Return label

Yes, returns are free for registered customers in Germany. You can create a return label for each order in your account. If you placed your order as a guest or are outside Germany, the return cost must be covered by the buyer.
