The laptop bag by Kustom Kraft is made of the finest cowhide and canvas and is exclusively handmade. From the cutting of the vegetable-tanned leather to the sewing with the saddler's seam. This ensures a quality that is second to none. The main compartment offers space for a laptop or other everyday items. Another inner compartment has space for a tablet or similar. The main compartment closes with a zip and a canvas flap. The bag can be carried as a handbag using the handle with sewn-in round leather strap or as a shoulder bag using the adjustable leather strap. The pull-up leather gives the bag its own touch, as visible signs of wear or patina quickly form through use. The perfect companion for everyday work.

Kustom Kraft bags are made to order in Kiel, Germany. If a bag is not in stock, we can have it made for you. The average production time is currently 6-8 weeks. If you wish, we can personalise the bag with your initials (branding into the leather, see photos). Kustom Kraft was born out of a love of making things with your hands. Initially, motorbike seats were made to customer specifications. High-quality, vegetable-tanned cowhide is traditionally sewn by hand. Belts, wallets and other small accessories were added.
Then came the idea of going one step further. To make a bag that you can carry with you for a lifetime and pass on to the next generation. The first handmade leather bag was created in 2017 and the foundation stone was laid. In the search for other high-quality materials besides leather, we decided to use solid cotton fabric in the form of waxed canvas to make the bags.
As we didn't want to use just any materials, we had to find suitable suppliers. The traditional Kobel tannery in Kellinghusen is one of the last tanneries that uses pit tanning to preserve the leather. The leather hides are tanned in a water pit with plant extracts for several weeks. The canvas is produced to an equally high standard in England, where it originates, by the British Millerain and Halley Stevensons weaving mills. The materials we use are therefore completely free of chemicals and plastic.
We are a small manufactory and would like to consciously refrain from stock items in the future. Each product is only made to order, which can take a little time depending on the order situation.
This increases the quality of the workmanship. Quality over quantity is our top priority. This also allows us to respond to individual customer requests.
Kustom Kraft does not produce mass-produced goods that follow trends. We produce quality goods that you will carry with you for the rest of your life. Kustom Kraft is Dennis Kieback from Kiel. He lives, works and produces at Rönner Weg 15 in Kiel.
