Delivery times, delivery & returns



Delivery times: 

Status green: Ready for dispatch immediately, delivery time approx. 1-3 working days

The goods are in our warehouse and are generally dispatched on the next working day! Delivery abroad may take longer depending on the country.

Status yellow: Delivery time 5-9 working days

The goods are NOT in stock with us. It is usually available to order and will be called up by us from the supplier and dispatched to you on receipt. The delivery time usually takes as stated (e.g. 5-9 working days - delivery abroad may take longer depending on the country). If the goods are no longer available, we will contact you immediately and refund the purchase price.

Status yellow: Delivery time 30-60 working days

The goods are NOT in stock. They are ordered by us from the supplier for production and dispatched to you on receipt. The delivery time usually takes as stated (e.g. 30-60 working days - delivery abroad may take longer depending on the country). Customised goods cannot be exchanged!

Status yellow: Delivery time on request

The goods are not in stock. We will request it from the supplier - we will inform you as soon as we have information about your order!

Status red: Sold out

The goods are not in stock and can usually no longer be reordered from the supplier. These goods are sold out and no longer available. This is usually the case with seasonal goods. If you discover this status for a year-round item, please contact us.


We ask for your understanding that delivery times abroad, especially overseas, can sometimes be considerably longer.

Shipping restrictions

We reserve the right to dispatch incomplete orders only when they are complete. If your order contains several items with different delivery times and you would like to receive the available items immediately, please order these items separately.


International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are entirely the responsibility of our customers.  Delivery to other countries is possible on separate request. In this case, the shipping costs depend on the order quantity, destination country and weight of the goods. The delivery time shown may vary. 

Returns

Whether within Germany or from abroad, you are always entitled to return items, with a few exceptions.

Please pay attention to the following points so that nothing stands in the way of a successful return:

  • You give timely notice of cancellation of your order within 14 days
  • You have not ordered a special or customised product from us
  • All labels and accessories (packaging, spare parts) are present
Please note the following when returning cosmetics and underwear:
  • Cosmetics such as face and body products, with protective seal, unopened or unused
  • Perfume, with protective seal and unopened or unused
  • Underwear unworn and with intact hygiene seal

Please return the items to us in their original condition (all labels present and not removed). If the returned items are soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and, if necessary, to demand compensation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Returns label

Yes, returns within Germany are free of charge for registered customers. You can create a return label for each order in your customer account. Have you not registered with us and ordered as a guest? In this case, the costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
