As a pragmatic doer with extensive technical know-how, Peter Lochmann is responsible for the implementation and production of Hemisphere’s collections. The other co-founder is his wife, Isabell Lochmann. Her artistic talent and expertise in shapes and colours are reflected in the creative design of the collections. As a qualified interior designer, she is able to transform imaginative designs, experimental material combinations, felting and washes into contemporary and modern designs. With surprising cuts and delicately coordinated soft colour nuances, she creates a distinctive yet timeless identity for each collection. Building on a long-standing tradition, Isabell and Peter Lochmann succeed in bringing innovation to life through Hemisphere’s cashmere collections and, through the courage to reflect, continue to evolve. All of this is underpinned by a commitment to uncompromising standards of quality and transparency.
